On Your Left! is a high quality specialty coffee that roasts the day it ships to you!  It's a medium roast single origin from Peru and is fair trade and organic.  You'll get hints of salted caramel and citrus.  The beans are grown at an elevation between 1,100 and 1,700 meters.
